We are looking for 100% bilingual Telephone Sales Agents, with experience in sales of Financial products and services, you must know retention and customer service, you must have a great knowledge of telephone sales techniques, communication skills, negotiation skills, you must be able to Maintain a fluid and direct conversation, the type of sale must be strong and with a high power of conviction, priority will be given to those who have knowledge of the financial sector and those who have worked with the North American public since our clients' market is entirely from the USA .


•Sale of Financial Products and Services to prospects and clients with the potential to acquire the aforementioned.

•Provide information and detailed advice on products that the prospect / client receives through the different channels and tools they have for an effective closing of the sale.

•Post-sale follow-up.

•Make sure you get the customer's contact information

•Guide customers who call looking for information about products and services among others.

•Provide detailed information on everything related to products to make a sale among other functions of the position.


5 to 8 years of sales experience in verifiable English

Submit letters of recommendation from previous jobs

Advanced level of English (C-1 or C-2)

Excellent verbal, written and reading skills in English.

Bachelor in middle education.

Quick PC keyboard skills

Experience: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Salary in $: Highly competitive + commission

Hours: Monday to Friday / 8:00 to 5:00 pm

I work 100% in company facilities
