We are looking for back office agents with experience in storage and data bases to provide technical support. .

In this role you will be in charge of reviewing the proper functioning of the alerts related to the internet connection, storage, servers or data base in the client's stores where the service is provided remotely. Also, you will have to carry out the firmware and software updates of the network devices in our clients' environment through chats.

Requirements:

Advanced English (70%).

Previous experience in call center is desirable.

With an academical background in, or currently studying, storage (AWS, Azure), servers (Linux) or data bases (SQL, Oracle)
